I'm thrilled to announce my upcoming artist in residence exhibition with Natalie Marie jewellery new flagship store in Paddington.

ARTIST STATEMENT

In collaboration with Natalie Marie Jewellery, as their first artist-in-residence, I present my most recent body of work ‘duality’ — created in celebration of NMJ’s new store and workshop opening in Paddington. i’m very honoured to be the selected artists to present a body of work for the opening receiption.

Threaded through both my practice and NMJ’s vision is a delicate constellation of themes: maturity, confidence, and the tenderness of fragility. With earth as the silent muse of this collection—embodied in the soft glow of champagne diamonds—my work leans into drawing from nature’s quiet majesty and the wordless emotion it stirs within us.

This body of work embraces a more refined palette, rooted in warmth, with a grounded presence that seeks to echo the natural world’s still power and mysterious depth. It is a meditation on elemental force and the unspoken connection we feel when we truly look, and listen, to our surroundings.

I invite you to experience these works in person from June 14th, at 70 William Street, Paddington, Sydney, NSW.

I also wish to respectfully acknowledge the Guringai people, the traditional custodians of the land on which I create. I honour their deep connection to land, sea, sky, and the ancient tradition of painting as storytelling and spirit.
